Why do we Focus on the Breath during Meditation? - Dose of Insight #3

Why do we focus on the breath, and the sensations experienced by the body while breathing, during meditation? In this episode, I explain that the breath is special because it is natural, and can be automatic or intentional. When we allow our breath to be automatic, but take note of the nature of this ever-present cycle, then we can develop insights into selflessness and the truths of reality.
